Interview
Three rounds plus a peer interview which was interesting, they walk you thru the office to show you how much you would be doing which is a lot. The interview is the easiest part.
First, an on call interview with the finance manager. Then an interview in person with the management team in every department. Then a group interview in person with the management team together.
