The interview process was very laid-back. It appeared almost like they were seeing if you fit into the group more than your skills. There was not too many questions about your qualifications given.

They talk you through the process of hiring not leaving you feeling confused about what's next. They introduce you to other staff around the facility who are also very friendly and welcoming.
