Interview
The hiring process is unnecessarily long and includes multiple rounds. The CEO in particular creates an intimidating atmosphere during interviews, which feels more like an interrogation than a conversation. Despite actively headhunting skilled talent, there’s a clear attempt to lowball candidates on compensation, even those with extensive experience & skillset.
Benefits are minimal and stick to the bare Belgian legal requirements. During the process, the CFO presents these as if they’re above average, which comes across as misleading once you look into the actual details.

"If we gave you €10,000 and 30 days to double our user base, what would you do - and what happens if you fail?"

Interview
A lengthy interview process with 5-6 stages can feel overwhelming. To manage it effectively, stay organized, tailor your preparation for each stage, politely ask for timelines, express ongoing interest, and use the extended process to assess the company's fit for you.

Interview
Had a first stage interview with the CEO which went really well and was invited for a second with 2 other directors who were unprepared and awkward. Didn’t hear anything so followed up and got no reply ie was ghosted.
I spend hours preparing for interviews and to not even get a follow up or reply is really poor. Even if it’s a no, you should dignify interviewees with the respect of letting them know - especially after a second stage.
