I had around 5 different rounds for this position including multiple in person and skype interviews as well as a skills test. In the end, classpass had internal restructuring and took us all on a wild goose chase and ended up cancelling the position. My opinion of classpass definitely changed. One of the managers who interviewed me said that they only hire based on what is attractive for investors (smaller teams, meaning the individuals are always working at max capacity).
