I was invited for a phone screen after having submitted an application for the role. The phone screen was scheduled with a woman in Talent Acquisition and meant to last 30 minutes. The interviewer didn't call me at the scheduled time so I emailed her after the interview was set to start and received a response that she was out sick and unable to give me notice. She asked me for availability the following two days (which I immediately responded with). That evening, I received an automatic email asking me to fill out availability for interviews through a calendar link which I also immediately did. I heard nothing back from the Talent Acquisition person. Two days later, I shot her an email asking if she still wanted to reschedule. Nothing . A week later I asked her again if maybe they had filled the position and where no longer interested. Nothing again. Two weeks post that I emailed the hiring manager who apologised and said they were definitely still hiring and would be in touch the following day. Nothing. It's been two weeks now.
