third stage: in-person assessment centre at their office with a written exercise and interview with two partners. Lasted under 2 hours.
It was fairly standard interview process. Two interviews and included a written exercise. One in person and one on Microsoft teams. All interviews were with senior members of the firm.

Allowed for a systematic evaluation of my abilities. By providing specific examples from my past experiences, I was able to showcase my skills in action, offering tangible evidence of my suitability for the role.
