Clark Water interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter, went directly to a face to face interview which was extremely strange. I arrived early and apparently the gentleman did not like me on site. He didn't greet me or say "thank you for coming in" or engage in any other normal conversation you have when meeting another human being. He also made a point to say he does not "schmooze people" to get new plans...interesting as people buy from people they like 99% of the time. I new within 3 minutes this was not a person I could work for.
