Overall, a very solid team, from my feelings after rounds of interviews. The questions are decent but sometimes a little tricky. So, I think the team made them this way to make sure they can get the right people to work with.

The interview process was a little bit confusing as I had my interview rescheduled multiple times, but other than that the interviews and conversations with the onsite time were absolutely amazing. Definitely felt like there is a nice community within the company

The interview process at Clark Pacific was structured and professional. I started with an HR screening followed by a technical interview with the engineering team. They focused on my experience interpreting design drawings, ordering materials, and coordinating fieldwork. There was also a discussion about how I approach problem-solving in the field, especially under tight deadlines. I appreciated how they emphasized both engineering precision and collaboration, which reflected their project delivery model.
