From a career fair, I was invited to a virtual interview session. There were 3 rounds of 15 minute interviews. Each interviewer worked under a different part of the company. A recruiter followed up with employment decision.

Describe a time you had to overcome conflict within a team.
Pretty straightforward, spoke with a recruiter, met with 3 different people on site, the interview seemed to go well, but I never heard back from the HR even after multiple attempts. Very disappointing that I wasted my time coming and they didn’t even have the decency to simple respond to my emails with a rejection.

super easy. more focused on the kind of person that I am. Skills and experience was just a plus to them. Ended up taking a different job but seems like a good company.
