Clarity Innovations (MD) Software Engineer interview questions

The Vice President reached out to me directly for a phone call about the company, upcoming positions, etc. After having a good chat I was invited for an on-site to speak with the development team. After the on-site they decided another person would be a better fit on that development team - they didn't give up on me. They called me a few months later to see if I was still interested in a position and I went for another on-site to meet with a different development team.
