There were no hiccups in Initial communications or planning. Everything went smoothly. There was one interview. I was greeted by the receptionist warmly, and invited to have a beverage. At the appointed time, I was greeted by Allan. The interview was friendly. We completed talking about the business quickly, and talked more about who I was and what my approach would be for the bulk of the interview. The exchange was very relaxing, open, and honest.
