To apply you must pass the NTN REACT Exam (or have a Bachelor's Degree), attend a Clackamas County Jail tour, and complete your Statement of Personal History. If you meet the criteria you're invited to a panel interview with the Jail Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Deputy, and HR Analyst.
