this was online invitation via email there were 20 questions all multi choice and is timed for 45 minutes but it’s more than enough time you can ask for extra time

First stage was an online test. It had two sections - 1. Customer Service. This involved reading or watching scenarios and choosing from a set list of actions/responses. The second stage was a timed numerical problem solving exercise.

Interview
The questions are based around the Behaviours they state in the job description. There are about 2 questions per Behaviour. The Behaviours are taken from what the civil service uses as Success Profiles. In the Success Profiles you are able to see the criteria and answer based off that criteria
