application, sift and interview. assessment centre has gone through day assessment, advocacy, presentation, cross examination, after provisional offer and vetting check, health and employability check and DBS check. finally offer. overall process was time consuming and some time they keep on the reserve list for up to 12 months

Interview
Interviewers were friendly, had set questions based on behaviours, ensuring fairness across all interviews. We're expecting real life examples best way to answer is in STAR format. Follow ups were asked to get more from candidate, not in a way to catch you out but to give you the best shot and ensure you answered everything the best way you could. Strengths questions were interesting as these are different style and no follow ups, and only have 2 minutes per question, to get you initial reaction. Over all a pleasant experience if you prepare.

Can you tell us about a time you worked with someone that didn't agree with you.. (these are not standard questions each job will have different questions, but each person interviewing for the same job will be asked same questions)

Interview
Very simple process, the panel will ask 3 questions based on strengths and competencies and maybe some follow up questions. The person who asked you the question will not be taking notes as they other panel members will be concentrating on the notes taking. Make sure you are confident and look at the panel members when answering.
