Hard, three stages - writing for 85 mins in detail about delivery of the project, another stakeholder communication exercise where interview changes roles and asks question on the project and how you would deal with it, then a personal development interview about you and how u would fit into the civil service

Two rounds of online questions (situational judgement, personality, and maths, then just situational judgement), then an online assessment centre with three tasks, mostly focussing on written skills and ability to absorb info quickly.
