They’ll give the job to literally anyone with an EMT-B cert for better or worse. Equipment looked poorly maintained and staff appeared overworked and disheveled, red flags all around. For those starting out, you could have a stronger foundation elsewhere to grow your skills

Interview process is unprofessional HR and management also unprofessional, the union representative works along side with management so he/she won’t lose their position vehicles late model always breaking down dispatch does the best they can but they have people they need to listen to
