The interview process was very easy. I submitted my application by paper and they called me in a few weeks later, which was a bit irritating because I already had another job by then. But they were accommodating to my schedule when I took on both jobs. A lot of normal interview questions were asked but also about your athletic lifestyle, which you should play up.

Interview
General questions on experience and how to interact with customers. The higher the position, the more detailed the questions get. Open availability during the week and weekends plays well. Mainly they want to know past experiences in interacting with customers of all difficulty levels. Product knowledge can easily be taught, but team players and great customer service is something else.
