The interview was fairly standard, but ran a bit long, it included a few unexpected questions about my experience outside of graphic design. I realized through the experience they were looking for someone who is more knowledgeable in fields outside of design like photography, web design, email content template creation, etc and I wouldn't be fit for the role.

Initial talk with recruiter was great, she was very helpful, informative and took the basic information. In-person interview was less than I had hoped. Interviewer felt dismissive, and couldn't get me out of the door fast enough. Felt like she didn't want ot be there or answer my questions. Ultimately was ghosted and never heard anything back from them, even months later. From the reviews though and the attitudes of the management, it was easy to tell this isn't a place I'd want to work.
