I applied for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role on April 29th and received an email request for an interview in May. My interview was scheduled for May 21st via Microsoft Teams. During the interview, I was asked to review my resume, and I asked questions about the scope of the role. I was told that the interview process would be multiple interviews, including an assignment, and that City Harvest was looking to hire someone quickly by the first week of June. As June approached, I had not heard back, so I reached out and sent a follow-up email. I have to mention that I never received any further correspondence or an answer to my email. I never received a decline, a response, or anything. It's a great organization, but it was a very disappointing process. This was not professional at all.
