Interview
I got the call through a contact reference. Don't think it would have worked out of I had just submitted it through the regular process. I started off with a 1:1 phone call with the person who was going to refer me. He then went on to submit my resume and then I had a face to face interview with my hiring manager.
Tough as there are two rounds of interview with a panel of more than 5 people. It took a few weeks before i was called for interview. Alot of situational question such as handling difficult customers
Interviewer was attentive, gave enough time for me to think before i answer the questions. Provide information about the position i was apply for and brief me on the working culture there.
