Interview
3/4 stages. 1st stage was with the manager, 2 stage was a group interview, 3 stage was with the MD and 4 stage was with another manager. It was a pretty easy interview.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Citi & Co (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
My interview process consisted of a half hour phone call, mostly consisting of general chat, and 'bigging up' the company and its massive clients. After that I was invited to a zoom interview with the MD Nick Johnson. To my surprise, this was not an interview as it was advertised, but rather a conference call with around 80 participants, 79 of whom were potential candidates. Nick gave a lecture about the company while we were muted, asked us to fill in some questionnaire including an acknowledgement that we'd be okay working a 0 hour contract with no guaranteed pay. After signing this I was offered the job. However, I rejected it after sense caught up to desperation and I realised that it was likely a scam employer. Looking now their website is down and their glassdoor page is plagued with negative experiences.
