The interview included subject matter and neighboor functions. The environment was okay. There were around 3-4 interview steps to complete the process. The difficulty is about adequate. There were online and face to face interviews. The process completed within a month.

Interview
It all depends on the interviewer. Some are better qualified than others. Some of the management understand the needs for the job and others wing it. My interviews were high level and never got into deep dives. Management may bring in peers to do the technical questions if they feel the need.
