Interview
I applied online and within' a few days (2-3 days) I was contacted by Citibank with a phone interview. The online application consisted of a IQ/Intelligence test as well as a Personality Test. I was than contacted by the corporate office to schedule me an interview with a branch manager. It was a 1:1 interview with the branch manager.
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Are you able to work on most Saturdays? What is your availability
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
