I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I don't think that interviewers realise that they represent a brand, the company when they take interviews. Everything was wrong.
There was no "do you have any questions for me" at the end. No interview etiquettes. The interviewer was not able to explain her questions.
There were 3 in the panel and they all came prepared to harass the candidate. I think this is a regular occurence. Even a skill was mentioned that I only know a very old version of it, the interviewer asked 4 times if you know a particular topic in that.
