Applied online and got interview invitation 1 month later. The interview was quite behavioral-based. I was asked about my achievement, pressure handling, how to respond to negative feedback, etc.. I didn't get to the next round because they'd want someone who was more experienced. BTW,half of the interview was conducted in English while I was interviewing with their Beijing office.
