You usually have a couple interviews. I had to take an exam and then once you pass, you get one phone interview, and then you meet with your branch manager so they have a chance to interview you too. Once you are hired, you have a 3 month training process that you must attend. It is tedious and long but you meet great people.

Very slow process, first round recruiter call, it is easy about 10 min. Second zoom panel interview for 30min. I am still waiting the results. I am not sure there was a third round.

There will be two round interview, first round with branch manager and another personal banker. The second Round will be with three branch manager
