Interview
I had a total of 3 interviews. First round is technical, second is experience & personality questions. The third was the job offer part.
The technical interview consisted of routing such as bgp, ospf, eigrp, cryptos and some situational troubleshooting questions. I'd say I answered 70% of it.

once you know 80% of the network routing, you'll be fine. although i think that it's not only the knowledge that matters but the attitude of the future employee.
