Have been called for an interview in Chennai for Manager role for a new startup team. Had a technical round and a meeting with AVP. I am not sure whether the panel understand the difference between current role and aspiration. Aspiration. Is nothing to do with the current opening and would be a basic step towards the future. If this is not what they expect that question that how you would see yourself in 10 years should be eliminated. Pathetic process. Wasted a day being there in the campus for nothing. Everyone have aspirations,don't relate it to your current requirement and assess the employees.
Two rounds with 3 panel members first round more about general manager background and behavioral questions , 2nd round more technical about my project management experience in regional and global business environments

Was smooth. HR kept us posted of all developments. The number of interviews was not too many. Timely process completions with less waiting time. Overall, at par with other local banks.
