I had 2 levels of interview, and each interview lasted 30mins each. Both interviews were a panel of two individuals- a Director and a Managing Director. They were generally nice people. Both interviews were held via Zoom.

Referred by employee. 1st round with hiring manager, 2nd round onsite with team (1 associate + 1 senior associate) and operation manager, 3rd round with associates in other teams, tech questions. Last round with director.

Interview
Met different members of the team, relatively straightforward questions. Behavioural, discussion of CV, career goals, working style, etc. Had to provide example of how I worked in my previous team
