I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Jacksonville, FL) in Sept 2012
Interview
In August I applied via the Citi's Careers website at that time i uploaded my resume and took a personality test. I did not hear anything immediately however, a couple weeks later September 10th I received an email stating that I had passed my initial assessment. Phone interview two days later.:) it was very easy and this is your opportunity to ask questions regarding the position. Two days from that I was scheduled for an onsite interview. Be there on time with a copy of your resume and look clean cut.
DO NOT say you don't have any questions at the end when asked if you don't you may be assumed as not interested. Keep in mind Citi interviews hundreds of individuals so stand out.
