My resume was shortlisted by a jobagent.
I had 3 rounds of interview.
1st was a telephonic wherein asked abot personal, educational and professional life.
2nd round was a technical over telephone.
3rd was 1:1 wherein I was asked about past employers , clarification of job role ,
The interview process was good, covering JavaScript basics and advanced concepts, along with Java and database fundamentals. It included coding challenges, problem-solving scenarios, and conceptual questions to assess technical proficiency. The discussion also touched on best practices, optimization techniques, and real-world applications of programming concepts. Overall, it was a well-structured evaluation of both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills.

Complicated closures about functioning currying and borrowing concepts
Long and unprofessional. They ask questions that has nothing to do with the position. They talk down to you in the interview. They low ball you with a really small salary for a lot of responsibility.
