It's hard to establish an effective way to measure a multifaceted skill like problem solving, but it's not impossible. Very difficult questions and need to smart, hackerank questions be prepared, 5 rounds done interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cisco (Bengaluru)
Interview
There were 4 rounds of interview including one Hackerearth round . All interviews took place at late nights around 11 or 11:30 PM. All rounds went very well . I was asked to share documents and my salary expectations. And boom . The company ghosted me . After putting efforts for almost a month . After all the hardwork I put to prepare for the interview . After all the plans that I had postponed just to align with the interviewers timings .The company ghosted me altogether . I could not get hold of the HR and when i did , they simply said that the position has been put on HOLD . Great right . Worst experience with Cisco . I am glad I did not join this company at all . I could name and shame all the panel members as they all viewed me on Instagram , but i see no point there . I would encourage everyone not to sit for this company.
