First round is a fit interview. Then a full day assessment center where you get a group problem to solve, mock presentation you would have prepared for and one unprepared mock client meeting
The interview contained both fit and motivational questions. Fit questions were asked based on the previous candidate's experience with customer management and customer development. Motivational questions were about basic companies' products and services and why you were interested in working in this industry.

3 months hr interview, next phase was role play which is a presentation about cisco product: webex as if I'm the project manager of the implementation , and another interview with the head of the department
