I met a recruiter at Grace Hopper, had a mostly non-technical interview, asked me about my skills and experience on my resume (This was for the summer between Sophomore and Junior year.) I then applied online and was accepted without any further interviews. They only gave me a week to decide whether or not to accept.

They asked mostly behavioral questions, with one fairly easy technical. As long as I explained my answer to the technical question, it seemed to make them happy. They would make the interview feel more like a conversation. Overall, very friendly interviewer and process.
