I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cirrico in Jun 2021
Interview
I was invited to an initial casual phone interview, followed by an interview via video chat. This was cancelled but eventually rearranged very last minute. I was asked the same questions in the video chat, as if they'd forgotten they'd already spoken to me. Three weeks and two emails from me later, I still have not heard anything. Very unprofessional experience.
We're sorry to hear you had this experience, and will ensure the feedback is reviewed internally. Thank you for your interest in working with Cirrico and best of luck in your search for a new role.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cirrico
Interview
1.Telephone Interview - Initial chat with the founder, to discuss role and previous experience
2.Face-To-Face Interview - In depth conversation about Cirrico as a company. Standard competency based questions and some tricky technical Salesforce questions. This is a chance to demonstrate your technical experience and if you would be a good cultural fit
3.Technical Test - Scenario based, relatively straight forward but read scenarios carefully

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cirrico (London, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
Online interview for first round, and then a face to face with a brief test on Salesforce knowledge afterwards. The process is very quick and they are very flexible so you can go to work afterwards, this was really helpful when I was going to multiple interviews and trying to keep it under my hat.
