I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Circula in Oct 2021
Interview
The first round of the interview was very positive and asked basic questions about my pervious work experience.
The second round was also positive and spoke two team members. The questions were direct and straightforward.
The third round was a negative experience. It was communicated that it will be a discussion. However, the interview pressured me on the spot to present some of my previous works. Transparency is very important when candidates need to be prepared on what to expect in the process.
After getting a rejection email, I asked for a feedback round call or more constructive feedback. Instead, it was a generic rejection email and the didn't back to me with more concrete feedback about my application.
