CirclePoint Environmental Planner interview questions

Interviewer was pleasant. She asked me questions about what my career goals were, how old I was (I think they prefer applicants going into their senior year of college), and what I could contribute to Circlepoint. She then gave me a job description: assisting an environmental planner on performing environmental assessments, working with CEQA and NEPA documentation, etc. Pay is around $20 an hour.
