Circle Health Group Azure integration developer interview questions

Had 2 interviews with Circle Health. Initial interview with the hiring manager and then a second interview with the HM and director. I passed both interviews and was told they wanted to make me an offer and the HR dept would be sending me a formal offer. I then waited 3 weeks and nothing materialised. I chased with the agent a couple of times and was told same thing - that it was with HR dept and they could be a "bit slow". I contacted the agent and said I was putting a deadline on it after 2 weeks, and received an email from the HM re-iterating the offer but still no formal offer came. After 3 weeks I had then received a formal offer for another job anyway so I withdrew myself from the process at that point. I have serious doubts if a formal offer would ever have arrived to be honest! An absolutely awful recruitment experience. I was pleased to be able to tell them to shove it in the end.
