Cintra interview questions

I had a great interview with the hiring manager for the position. Afterward, the recruiter asked about my availability for a second interview with the team and mentioned a specific Friday. Since I was traveling that day, I asked if an earlier time or the following week would work. After that, they stopped responding to my emails, so I’m not sure why they decided not to move forward with me as a candidate.

Behavioral questions, questions about your knowledge of the company, a technical assessment, and then a meeting with a senior leader. Each person in this interview process seemed to have a different understanding of the role. Some wanted someone really technical (data engineer/scientist), others wanted someone with more soft skills. It seemed like I was interviewing for a different job each interview. Very disorganized. Ultimately, they ended up ghosting me after the last round. Have a feeling they realized they opened up a job but realized halfway through the hiring process they were interviewing the completely wrong people for the job. I could have told them that by the 2nd round, but whatever. Unprofessional.
