I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2013
Interview
STAR Method, be prepared for multiple interviewers, many similar questions in many different formats, testing is used to determine the most adequate candidates for the position (ie the corporate culture). Culture is huge at Cintas, so make sure you are well aware of what working in the Cintas environment is like beforehand.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a situation where you had to do "X" task while dealing with "Y" at the same time.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
