The interview went great and was told I would hear backeither wy. Called for an update 3 weeks later and was told that they were still interviewig and would hear back. 2 monthslater get a message that its taking a long tie and to be patient! FYI.....If yo are takingthat longwith that many people applying, omething does not sound right!
took a month to have all 4 in-person interviews that asked the same questions and be hired. You interview with different sets of people. the final interview is the GM. the questions are all the same with all of the people.
Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.

They said they wanted to discuss my experience, so I assume they wanted to know about what customer service roles I have previously been in.

Interview
4 Hours long, 3 Separate interviews between all the head managers spaced out and then shadowing someone on the floor. Once that is complete one final interview with the GM.
