I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Nov 2014
Interview
Initially contacted them through a recruiter at my college and I had an interview later that day at their booth. They followed up with me within a couple weeks and I went to their facility in the area for further interviews. I had 5 different interviews with different managers throughout the day. They took me out to lunch as well, which seemed like another interview in itself. All of the questions asked were behavioral STAR questions, besides the questions about my resume. Be prepared for a long day, with the potential for 5 or more interviews.

Question 1
Describe a time when better analysis on your part would have resulted in a better outcome.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
