I just want to warn everyone that there are scammers that are use Cintas company name as a way to make you a money mule. They will tell you to use telegram app. Don’t fall for it.

They ask you for your address and photo Id. And what bank you are using.
took a month to have all 4 in-person interviews that asked the same questions and be hired. You interview with different sets of people. the final interview is the GM. the questions are all the same with all of the people.

Interview
4 Hours long, 3 Separate interviews between all the head managers spaced out and then shadowing someone on the floor. Once that is complete one final interview with the GM.

Would you rather have an employee who does perfect work but is late or a worker who is always on time but does just an acceptable job?
Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.

They said they wanted to discuss my experience, so I assume they wanted to know about what customer service roles I have previously been in.
