      Advanced Management Candidate Interview

      1 Aug 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cintas (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

The interview process was long and drawn out. Multiple rescheduling times for an in person interview, in person interview was nothing like the recruiter said it would be. It was more personal, met with HR said I would have follow up interviews and I was not given the chance to continue my candidacy. Received and email from recruiting 2 weeks later saying the GM wanted to chat, to tell me about more roles. This included going through the same interview process that I would have done the first time around. This process would have taken well over 2 months. Not worth it, waste of time. People don't have months to wait on you to make a decision when they are up against multiple candidates.

      Advanced Management Candidate Interview

      18 Feb 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cintas (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2022

      Interview

The interview process was horrific. They made me go through 6 interviews from the recruiter, HR Director - then her manager the National HR Director, then the General Manager then his manager who is the Regional Business Director then do a 1/2 day ride along then finally the President of the enter division. This all took about 10 weeks. After all that time and energy, I didn't get an offer. When I asked why, the recruiter told me that the president decided to change the profile of the candidate they were looking for at their final sign off meeting on me. I was baffled and couldn't believe a Fortune 500 company gave such a terrible candidate experience. The people at the organization seemed wonderful but the recruiting strategy is not aligned from the top down. Between that many interviews plus the ride along, I would think the organization had a good idea the type of candidate it was looking for. Again - it's baffling the Regional HR Director, local HR Director, General Manager, Regional Business Director etc all got it so wrong on what the president of the org was looking for. By interview 5, the Regional HR Director confirmed I was the final candidate so it wasn't a case of someone else beat me out either. It was the most disheartening interview process I have ever been through and I strongly do not recommend it.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't recall the exact questions but they asked normal behavioral interview questions.
