I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Athens, GA) in Jun 2009
Interview
My resume was pulled of a public job board and the Market Sales Manager contacted me via email. The opportunity was local so we had an in person interview. Upon arriving it was clear I was one of many scheduled for that day. The interview went well except the interviewer was clearly board and disengaged. One a plus side, it was clear that it was not a good fit quickly so not too much time was wasted.

Question 1
What is the hardest thing you've worked for and achieved to date?
Easy annoying though. Too many rounds. And the good thing no presentations. But maybe like 7 rounds? Ask all questions are beginning and get salary expectations done. Brag book is a must
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was very formal and informative. They were very professional and inviting. Do not joke though, they may seem fun, but they are all business. Plan for a full day of training with no shortcuts.

Question 1
About comparable instances you’ve dealt with pertaining to standard conflicts and sales tactics
Young lady with terrible attitude and demeanor. Little interest in experience. Seemed like they were really only wanting someone young. The process was drawn out to even get in for an interview and turned out to be a complete waste of my time, as I was informed at the end of the interview that they had already chosen someone from inside the company. Not sure if they brought me in because they had a requirement to at least interview people from outside of the company.
