Applied online and received a phone call a few days later to schedule an on-site test...which was pretty much a screening interview itself with basic interview questions and situational questions. Next, drove to site just to take IQ/Personality Test of 100+ questions (fairly simple as long as you take your time). Passed test and was called a few days later to schedule interview date. Came in well prepared for interviews based on information other candidates posted on Glassdoor about the interview process. Interviewed with 5 different people (most read from pre-made packet of situational type questions that pretty much followed the STAR method and some were more casual). Felt pretty good about the interview at the end. Seems like a nice company to work for if you're willing to get dirty and put in the hours (atleast 50/week). Still waiting to hear back.

Question 1
If you were hired here then offered a job a year from now making double what you make here, would you take that job?
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
