I was offered the interview via a staffing agency, and went to the first phase. This phase consisted of submitting to a background check and drug test, they also make you take a Tuberculosis test as some of the locations we worked in included hospitals. Following acceptance of the test results, a 1:1 interview was scheduled in a "group" format, essentially a group of people came to the interviews and they brought you in one by one for about five minutes to talk about past experiences, typical of any interview. After the interview I was notified the following Monday that I was accepted into the position, and was to report to an orientation that Thursday.
