Recuriter called to schedule a phone interview with the local sales manager.
Sales manager contacted me the next day to conduct a 30 minute phone interview
Sales manager then set up for me to do an in person interview with the regional sales manager
Drove 90 miles to meet with regional sales manager for in person interview
Local sales manager called within 2 days after interview to offer job

Name a time when you have been asked to do something that you felt went aganist your values and how you reacted to the situation?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
