1-phone interview, 2 one-on-one with two individuals. I'm older and have experience. I expected the behavioral questions for round one but not on round 2. Each interviewer shared that they were 'very busy' - they both seemed overworked. Both relied on 'can you tell a time when...and how did you overcome...' questions. I was surprised that neither asked any questions about my background and neither questioned or offered further information about the role. After 3 hours of interviewing I didn't know anymore about the job than what was described in the job posting.
