I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
At first they were excited to interview me and motivated to move quickly. The person I first interviewed with gave me the perception I was going to get hired and wanted to get me in right away. They said I just needed to meet with her co-manager, and we'd be on the way and this role was more than perfect for me. I met with the co-manager a day later and that person came off guarded and condescending. I found out he thought I was just saying what I wanted him to hear (wasn't the case at all) as I'm genuine he completely misjudged me. I'm more than qualified for this role and I felt I was a little lead on at first and then the rug pulled out from under me without getting more information from me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to overcome challenges to make the sale
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Just overall job and about Cintas. What services they provide and what are the next steps in the process. Asked about locations I would like to work at. Lastly, talked about how to promote within the company.
